This West Coast pale ale is an easy going brew dry-hopped with Simcoe and El Dorado, creating tropical aromas of ripe melon, fresh berries, and refreshing citrus. 5.5%

Nice light honey Amber pour with no head. Nose is a light grain bill, corn, and simple cracker malts. Some honey and floral notes. Light drinkable body with just a hint of a bite on the end. Average carb. Taste is a doughy malt profile with some light grains (corn and cereal grains) some light honey and floral notes. Lager. 4.5% ABV

Mango or Black Cherry 5% ABV

Belgian Dark Trappist. This copper-brown beer has a light creamy head and a slightly bitter taste. Considered to be the "classic" Chimay ale, it exhibits a considerable depth of fruity, peppery character.
